Lean Store Policies

By placing an order on this site, you, the customer of Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC, are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Lean Store policies.

Privacy

The information that we require is used to process, ship and invoice your orders. When purchasing products or services on the Lean Store website, you'll be asked for identifiable information. This identifiable information includes your name, title, mailing address, phone number and email address as well as your Purchase Order/Budget Location Code, billing contact, billing address, and billing phone number. You will also be asked for your United Parcel Service or FedEx account number and billing zip code. This information is transmitted using a secure, encrypted form. Only billing and shipping vendors will be given access to billing or shipping information. Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC and its affiliates will not share or sell your information to any other companies. The Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC website may contain links to other websites. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of those other websites.

Ordering

Orders are produced at the time you place your order. Due to the number of products provided, standard production time is 7-10 business days, depending upon material availability. Production of custom items will begin at the time of layout approval. Some items may require additional production time due to either the process or the materials used to fabricate and are noted in the product’s line item. Fabric Banners Lead Time is generally 3-4 Weeks depending upon material availability. Completion dates are approximate and are not subject to conditions beyond the control of Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC. All orders are produced per order and are non-refundable and non-returnable. If an item has begun the production process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If artwork has begun on any sign that requires setup and the order is cancelled before production, setup fees will apply.  The customer will be invoiced in full. If you want to redirect or not to receive an order and make such a request, in writing; Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC will agree to ship the order to another facility via a customers UPS or Fedx account or agree to not ship the item.

Loss

All packages must be opened and inspected upon receipt. If the wrong item is received or an item is missing, Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC will replace the item. Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC requires that you verify receipt of any wrong item by emailing a photo of the incorrect item to sales@ags4u.com . No item will be replaced without following this procedure or by written authorization by Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC. Once an item has been verified as an error, Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC will produce and ship the correct item, as expediently as possible.

Sales Tax and Duties

Sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped or delivered to an address in the State of Georgia. Customers of the Lean Store from other countries, territories or states are solely responsible for all taxes and/or duties applicable to their jurisdiction.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via customer's UPS or FedEx Account as specified at checkout by the Representative. Any exception to this must be arranged and confirmed by Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC either in writing or by email.  If the shipping account information is incorrect, SGS will try to contact the customer to get the correct information.  If the order is ready for shipment and SGS is unable to contact the customer, then SGS will ship on our SGS account number and bill the customer for shipping on the invoice.  

Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC will notify the customer when the order ships via email and will request that UPS or FedEx email the customer the UPS or FedEx Tracking Number(s) and the status of the shipment.  Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC does not guarantee any delivery dates and will not refund an item because it did not arrive on an estimated FedEx or UPS schedule date.
Oversized items will be shipped via freight and the client/facility will be billed accordingly.

What to do if a UPS package arrives damaged:

Contact Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC immediately at 404-883-3481 or send email to sales@sg-sys.com .  It is required that you take photos of the damaged package and email them to sales@sg-sys.com .  YOU MUST RETAIN ALL PACKAGING FOR UPS INSPECTION.  

Either the shipper or the receiver can file the claim.  A UPS claim can be filed by calling (800) 742-5877 or online at www.ups.com (only U.S. Domestic damage claims can be filed online, damage to packages outside the U.S. must be filed by phone). If you do not want to file the claim, then Synergy Graphic Systems will file a claim on your behalf even if the shipment was charged to your UPS  account number.  

You will be contacted with instructions to let you know to retain the package at your location or to send the package back to Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC.    UPS will advise as to where they want to inspect the package.   The package will need to be retained until either UPS picks up the package or the claim is settled.

IF YOU DO NOT TAKE PICTURES AND RETAIN THE PACKAGING, THEN YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR THE DAMAGED ITEMS.

What to do if a FedEx package arrives damaged:

Contact Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC immediately at 404-883-3481 or send email to sales@sg-sys.com .  It is required that you take photos of the damaged package and email them to sales@sg-sys.com .  YOU MUST RETAIN ALL PACKAGING FOR FedEx INSPECTION.  

Either the shipper or the receiver can file the claim.  A FedEx claim must be filed within 21 days.  A claim can be filed by calling (800) 463-3339 or online at w http://www.fedex.com/us/fcl/pckgenvlp/online-claims/  (only U.S. Domestic damage claims can be filed online, damage to packages outside the U.S. must be filed by phone).   If you do not want to file the claim, then Synergy Graphic Systems will file a claim on your behalf even if the shipment was charged to your FedEx account number.  

You will be contacted wit instructions to let you know to retain the package at your location or to send the package back to Synergy Graphic Systems, LLC.    FedEx will advise as to where they want to inspect the package.   The package will need to be retained until either FedEx picks up the package or the claim is settled.
